Privacy Policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Springhill Solutions (“Springhill,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects through shsolutions.pro and the booking and email that go with it, how that information is used and shared, and the choices you have.
Information we handle while doing work for a client is covered by that client's written agreement, not by this policy.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the date and time you choose, your time zone, and anything you write in the booking notes. Booking runs on Cal.com, which collects this for us.
- When you email us or we talk: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, your business details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Technical data: as with any website, the services that host and protect this site automatically receive things such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and when. We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
What we don't collect
- There are no accounts or logins on this site.
- We don't take payments or card details through this site.
- We don't use advertising networks, tracking pixels or tracking cookies.
- We don't ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health details or passwords. Please don't send them through the booking form or by email.
How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for and hold our call, including sending you the meeting link and reminders.
- To reply to you and, if we work together, to scope, deliver and support the work we agree on.
- To send invoices and keep the business records the law requires.
- To keep the site secure, working and free of abuse.
- To protect our legal rights or comply with the law.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.
AI tools
We use AI tools in our work, for example to help draft replies, organize notes or prepare for a call. When information you've given us passes through one of those tools, it's treated like any other service provider listed here: used only to help us work with you, never sold, and never published.
Calls
Calls are held on Microsoft Teams. We don't record calls unless everyone on the call agrees first.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this work, and only as much as they need:
- Cal.com, for scheduling
- Microsoft, for email, calendar and Teams calls
- The companies that host, protect and measure visits to this website
- AI tools we use in our work, as described above
- An accountant or lawyer, if needed for our business, under a duty of confidentiality
Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms (Cal.com, Microsoft).
We may also share information when the law requires it, such as to respond to a court order; to protect our rights, property or safety, or someone else's; with your permission; or, if Springhill Solutions is ever reorganized, merged or sold, with the business that takes it over, under this same policy.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted or cross-context advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. The booking window is provided by Cal.com and may use its own cookies or similar browser storage to work; Cal.com's privacy policy covers those.
Because the site doesn't track you across sites, it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.
Emails from us
We'll email you about a call you booked or work we're discussing. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them, and if that ever changes, every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including any project we work on together, and for as long as tax, legal or accounting rules require. After that, we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we use established providers for scheduling, email and hosting. No way of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it or delete it, by emailing inquiries [at] shsolutions [dot] pro. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and within any deadline the law sets. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Where your information is stored
Springhill Solutions is based in Tennessee, and the information we hold is stored and processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred here.
Children
This site and our services are meant for adults acting for themselves or a business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your California privacy rights
California residents can use the rights described in “Your choices and rights” above. This policy is posted under California's Online Privacy Protection Act, and the “Cookies and tracking” section explains how the site responds to Do Not Track signals.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site.
