Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 to use the site or book a call. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're allowed to act for it, and these terms apply to that business too.

The site describes the kind of work we do and how we like to work. It isn't an offer, a quote, a guarantee or a contract. Final terms are set in each project's written agreement, including scope, price, what “done” means, payment and warranty. If anything on the site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement controls, and nothing on the site adds to it.

Content on the site is general information. It isn't legal, tax, accounting, financial, security or compliance advice, and it isn't tailored to your situation. Don't rely on it for decisions without getting advice for your own circumstances.

The figures and examples on the site come from real past projects. They show what was achieved in those situations. They aren't a promise or prediction of the same result for your business, which will depend on your systems, people and circumstances.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or out-of-date information, and we may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time without notice. We're not obliged to update it.

The first call is free and doesn't commit either of us to anything. Booking is handled by Cal.com, and calls take place on Microsoft Teams, so your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. Available times can change, and either of us may need to reschedule.

Please don't share confidential information until we've agreed in writing how it will be handled. Anything you send us before then isn't treated as confidential, though we'll still handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the site or our services, we can use them without any obligation to you. This doesn't cover information about your business that you share in a call or project, which is handled as described above and in any agreement we sign.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact details from the site with automated tools, including to build datasets or train AI models;
• probe, scan or test the site's security, or try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or its hosting;
• upload or send malware, or anything harmful;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to anyone;
• use the site to send spam, or for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

The site's design, text, images, code and the Springhill Solutions name and logo belong to Springhill Solutions. You may view the site and share links to it for your own use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create works from it without written permission.

Product names mentioned on the site, such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Spiceworks and Google, are trademarks of their owners. They're used only to describe work done with those tools and don't imply any affiliation or endorsement.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email inquiries [at] shsolutions [dot] pro with the details and we'll look into it promptly.

The site links to and relies on services run by others, including Cal.com and Microsoft. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.

THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components. Any warranty for work we do for you is set out only in your written agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SPRINGHILL SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limits apply to the site only. Any work we do together is governed by its written agreement. Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

If your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms, leads to a claim against Springhill Solutions or its owner, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees.

• Talk to us first: if you have a problem with the site, email inquiries [at] shsolutions [dot] pro and give us 30 days to try to resolve it before starting any legal action.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
• Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
• To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and must be filed within one year after it arose, or it's permanently barred.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the time they're posted, and using the site after that means you accept them.

• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site. They don't change any written agreement for services.
• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part will be applied as far as the law allows.
• If we don't enforce a part of these terms, that isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the business changes hands.
• We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
